Booking Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy - Solar Revive Pros At Solar Revive Pros, we are committed to providing excellent service while respecting the time and needs of our customers. To ensure efficient scheduling and optimal service delivery, we have established the following policy regarding both rescheduling and cancellation of bookings: Rescheduling Policy: Advance Notice for Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled only if we receive a notification at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. No Refund of Deposit for Late Rescheduling: In the event that a booking is rescheduled without providing the required 48-hour notice, the deposit made at the time of booking will not be returned. Method of Notification for Rescheduling: Customers must inform Solar Revive Pros of any desired changes to their booking by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. Changes made through any other means may not be considered valid. Exceptions to Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Solar Revive Pros management. Rebooking after Late Rescheduling: Customers who fail to provide the required notice for rescheduling and forfeit their deposit may still have the option to rebook their service, subject to availability, with a new deposit required. Cancellation Policy: Advance Notice for Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking entirely, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refund of Deposit for Cancellation: Deposits made at the time of booking will be refunded in full if cancellation is made with at least 48 hours' notice. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded. Method of Notification for Cancellation: Customers must notify Solar Revive Pros of any cancellations by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. Cancellations made through any other means may not be considered valid. Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any changes to their booking, including rescheduling or cancellation, are communicated to Solar Revive Pros within the specified time frame.
